We did a family training ride on our holidays. It was from Bull Beck car park which is on the A683 towards Lancaster and you ride on a disused railway line to Lancaster( the millenium bridge) and onwards to Morecambe. It was a beautiful day and the ride is a total of 20 miles and it took us about an hour each way. I had Ben who is 6 years on the "Trailgator" and Jessica who is 10 years and Gill used their own bikes.
